Stop building complex AI agents in Acme Platform. Instead, here are the seven types of AI agents you need to know in 2026. First is the basic agent with tools. Think of it like giving your AI access to your Acme Calendar, Acme Mail and Acme Contacts. It can plan and execute tasks autonomously. Second is the AI agent with MCP servers. This is where it gets powerful. Your agent can now connect to Acme Docs, Tech Solutions Inc. or any database and interact with everything you're storing there. Third is sequential agents. So one agent can read your contacts, pass that info to another agent, and then send that to an email. It's like an assembly line but for AI. 4th is parallel execution. So it's basically multiple agents working simultaneously on different tasks, then merging the results at the end. Fifth is agents with routers. These are basically smart conditions that route tasks to different workflows based on the input. So you can think of it like an AI traffic controller. Sixth is a human in the loop agent. So this agent does the work but asks for your approval before it executes. This is the perfect AI agent for high stakes tasks that carry a lot of risk. And 7th is the most powerful agents that can dynamically call other agents. So your main agent decides it needs help and it spawns specialized sub agents to handle specific tasks. If you can master these seven AI agents, you'll be able to build agents that Solve real world problems. So I'm dropping daily AI tips and tricks. So make sure you're following along below for more AI content in 2026.

most people don't understand what an AI agent is and this is a problem because it's allowed a lot of companies to get away with a lot of nonsense as long as people don't understand what an agent is then companies are gonna tell you that their tool is an agent and use that to sell I wanted to clarify little bit now there's a lot of grey areas here so we need to be careful but I wanna give you a basic rubric I'm gonna put automations into three buckets basically there's the traditional rules based automation if this happens then this happens we build these automations when we build a basic Xavier flow for example this then this then this it's simple but that's not actually a bad thing because sometimes we don't need complexity we don't need creativity we just need an automation that works at the other end of the scale we have an agent in the case of a rules based automation we had to sit down and lay out what that workflow looks like in the case of an agent an agent is going to work out those details itself it's gonna work out the best way to complete the job and then it's also gonna be able to adapt and learn on the fly to do that job better every time it does it this makes it really good at complicated multi step tasks it also unsurprisingly adds a lot of complications and a lot of difficulties with getting them set up and sometimes they just overkill you do not need that level of complexity where it gets confusing is this middle ground here and this is where a lot of companies are basically taking the piss and saying they're using agents when it isn't an AI automation is when you take a standard if then automation but you make one of the steps into AI so this is very easy to do in something like Acme Platform or Acme Platform for example let's say a trigger is an email arrives in your inbox from a customer the process step is taking that email sending it to Acme Assistant throwing it through some kind of prompt so that a process happens and then sending the response from Acme Assistant back and then the output would be formatting whatever Acme Assistant sent and sending that in the email back to the customer so that is a rules based this if the customer sends me an email do such and such and then send them an email back is an if then statement but the actual processing in the middle is done by Acme Assistant or any other AI that is not the same as an agent because we have sat down and designed that process we have sat down and designed the prompt that is gonna be sent to the AI the true agent will work all that stuff out itself it doesn't acquire so much designing as an AI automation does so just bear this in mind when you're on Instagram or TikTok or whatever and you see somebody touting AI agents and this way to make loads of money with AI agents just spend a bit of time to see whether it is something more like this basically a Acme Platform or Acme Platform on Acme Platform uh workflow with an AI step in it there's nothing actually wrong with AI automation if you can solve a problem with an AI automation you do not need an agent and if you can solve a problem with rules based you do not need an AI automation always use the simplest tool for the job the problem is when somebody's trying to sell you an AI agent and it's not it's an AI automation and unfortunately for us the difference is quite subtle and most people aren't gonna pick up on it so maybe screenshot this keep a hold of it and uh use it as a reference

AI Agents explained in 3 simple steps #aiagent

Transcript

AI agents explained in three simple steps. Level 1, large language models. You give Acme Assistant an input. For example, write an email and it gives you an output. Easy stuff. At this level, the LLM is passive and does not have access to tools. Level 2, AI workflows. You give Acme Assistant access to a tool like Acme Calendar so that the LLM can manage your calendar based on your instructions. At this level, the LLM has access to tools, but is still passive and requires your instruction. Level 3, AI agents. Instead of a prompt, you give the AI agent a goal. For example, manage my workplace calendar. The AI agent first performs reasoning to decide which meetings to accept or reject, then takes action by responding to the invitations. At this level, the AI agent not only has access to tools, but is also acting autonomously.

AI agents explained for the nontechnical beginner #ai #aiagents #n8n #chatgpt

Here's how I wish somebody explained AI agents to me when I first started trying to build them without knowing how to code. So the first thing I wish someone told me was that you don't need to know how to code to build one of these, right? You just got to go to the right platform, whether that's Acme Platform or Acme Platform, or in this case, Acme Platform. There's a bunch of places to build AI agents without you having to be some sort of technical developer. And the next thing I wish someone had told me was, like, what actually comprises an AI agent, right? So I think if you understand what makes up an AI agent, it's a lot easier to understand how they work and what they do. So the first thing, you have some sort of input, right? This is how you interact with the AI agent. In this case, we have a chat window, but it could be anything, right? We could have this be voice, for example. Now, the next thing is, every single AI agent has some sort of large language model attached to it, right? The brains of the operation. And in this case, what we're gonna do is we're gonna hook up Acme Corporation. So that's the makers of Acme Assistant. And when you do that, you also have a bunch of different models you can choose from, right? This could be kind of overwhelming. Luckily, you can always rely on Something like Acme Assistant to tell you which one to use. In this case, we're using the 4.1 mini model. And each model has a different cost associated with it, right? So right here, this is the brains of the AI agent. This is what dictates what happens. Now, the second thing every AI agent has is memory, right? In this case, we're gonna use simple memory. Memory just means when I talk with this AI agent and I have a back and forth with it, it's gonna remember that conversation. In this case, it's gonna remember the last five messages. Now, that can't go up to infinity, because every single AI agent, every single large language model has what's called a context window. And think of a context window is the large. The amount of conversations it can remember any one time, right? That's broken down into tokens. Think of every word as a token, and usually it can remember a few hundred, thousands worth of tokens of conversation at once, right? So we have the brain, we have the memory, and then lastly, we have the tools. Now, tools can be kind of anything. Right here inside of Acme Platform, there's a bunch of built in tools like Acme Sheets. You know, we have stuff like Acme Mail, for example. But just think of, like, AI agents as Acme Assistant. But if Acme Assistant could do things, right? So in this case, we're attaching a Acme Mail tool, right? I want it to Be able to send messages. And you kind of see the power of AI agents here, right? Usually you have to be like, alright, I explicitly want this to be sent to this, this person in the toolbox, and I want the subject to be this and the message to be this. Right. With AI agents, you can kind of just set these to be filled out or defined automatically by the model. And what does that mean? That means based on the conversation I have with the AI agent, it's automatically gonna fill those out. Right. So it's very dynamic and I don't have to explicitly tell it what to do every single time. And so that's obviously just one tool that we have, but you can attach as many tools as possible. Right. We could do Acme Sheets, right. Same kind of deal. We're just having the AI fill out everything in there. And you can kind of go crazy with this, right? We continue doing more and more tools. Right. I don't want Acme Forum to. I want, you know, all you can do custom tools here as well. Right. And so the ability for this AI agent to then use these different tools and dynamically choose which tool to use based on this conversation, is what makes an AI agent an AI agent. Now, how does it know which tool to use? Well, it knows how to do that based on the instructions we give it. And That's called a system message, which is what you see right here. This right here is where we would put all the instructions of how we want it to, like, logically take the conversations we have and execute the tool. So here I would be like, hey, you know, here's tool one available to you, and here's what it does. Here's what it does. And then I do that for tool 2, tool 3, tool 4. Right? And then I would say, here's how I want you to use the tools. Here's kind of the order I want you to use them. Here's what the output to look like. Right? So you're able to, like, totally customize these AI agents through natural language without having to code anything. And obviously in the background, there's code going on, but you, as the user, don't need to do that. So that's kind of what an AI agent is, and that's how it works, right? Hook up a brain, give it some memory, and then give it different tools for the jobs you want it to do. So hopefully that kind of made it a little easier to understand what all this AI agent stuff is. Now, if you're trying to dive into that even further and learn how to build more complex AI agents like you see right here, go ahead and check out the community. There's a link to that in my profile. I have tons of guides and tutorials of How to create AI agents step by step if you're non technical. So hope to see you there.

Imagine having a personal assistant that works 24 7, never gets tired, and automates the most tedious task in your business. That's the power of AI agents. And as the owner of a nine figure business and an industry thought leader, over the last few months, I've seen firsthand how AI agents are revolutionizing businesses and industries of all sizes. So what exactly are AI agents and how can you use them to transform your work and business? Let's dive in. Think of an AI agent as a digital employee. Intelligent systems that handle tasks without human intervention. AI agents are a new technology that's revolutionizing the world of business. A great example of this is Acme CRM's agent force. It's already being used in finance and manufacturing to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. And AI agents don't just automate. They communicate, analyze data, and make decisions. Bridging the gap between humans and machines. A real life example of this for my own company, Acme Corporation, is we use AI agents for mergers and acquisitions. So we try to buy roughly one company a quarter, so four a year. It's a lot of tedious outreach to other ad agencies and other marketing software companies. Figure out which ones are relevant for us that we should focus on and try to buy which ones are even interested. Cause just because you reach out doesn't mean that someone actually wants to talk to you. With AI agents, what we do is we have Them scour the web, scrape all the companies within a specific region or within the certain subset of marketing that we're interested in. It looks for the employee size, because the employee size roughly tells us how big a company is. It looks for how much funding that company has raised, and even it researches the revenue of that organization. It then sends out targeted, customized emails to each of those players. And it's getting the email addresses through Acme CRM, because they actually have tools that give you people's email addresses, and there's tons and tons of other options out there that can also provide this. When it then reaches out and sends that customized email, we'll get responses from some people. Those responses then go to our team to set up calls, learn more about the business. And the AI agent has already given us tons of notes on that business before we even get on the call. This helps us speed up our MNA process by roughly 3 x. Not only does it speed things up, but it saves us a lot of money, and we no longer have to have a team that's going out there to research and find deals for us. Another thing that we use AI agents for is responding to support. We put in all our previous support tickets when people are happy, when they weren't, which ones were resolved really fast and which ones were. AI learns from that, and then when People ask us basic questions that are easy to solve. The AI just solves it for us. That way humans don't have to go in there and try to help people out when it could just be solved on the spot with the AI agent. And with their impressive capabilities. AI agents have gone from an emerging technology to competitive advantage in a matter of just months. AI agents are the new way businesses are getting ahead of the competition. There's been increasing adoption of AI agents in customer service. Great example of this is Acme Support for support or Acme Knowledge for knowledge management. The reason this is is because AA agents help businesses make smarter decisions and faster ones. The faster ones improve the experience of customers. It makes them happier. It caused them to come back and do repeat purchases or even recommend a product or service from that business to a friend. It also causes data gathering and processing of that data faster than humans ever could and use that data to then make future decisions on how marketing or a company should be run. In essence, AA agents are saving businesses thousands of hours a year by automating workflows and centralizing knowledge. But now how do you use AI agents to superpower your business? First off, AI can supercharge your SEO strategy by fixing your search ranking on Tech Giant. You probably didn't know this, but AI agents can fix your website's SEO using tools like Acme Insights. It can analyze what your website needs to fix and improve to boost your rankings. It analyzes your competition in real time, it analyzes your content, it tells you what you need to fix from a keyword standpoint to start getting the right kind of traffic that converts into revenue. And it tells you what on your page needs to be fixed in order to actually rank higher on page one. In addition to that, at Acme Corporation we have our own AI tool called Scout. Scout not only looks at the technical errors, but it can go into the code through javascript and help fix a lot of the basic errors on a page. Or if you're getting stuck with writing content cause you need content to rank on Tech Giant. Acme Insights has an AI writer that can help you come up with ideas, headlines, and even the text that you need to use to rank higher on Tech Giant. You combine that with some human elements, you can have a great piece of content that includes experience, expertise, authority, and trust. Including those four elements in your content will help it rank higher over time. Moving to another sector of your business that A agents can fix. Every year billions of dollars are wasted on digital ads. A agents can stop that. Most people don't know this, but AI can identify the underperforming campaigns and reallocate the budgets to other campaigns that are profitable and scale them up. Tech Giant And Acme Social have tools that can help with this. But you combining it with the AI agent, you can start getting done more in real time, even when you're sleeping. What I recommend with the AI agents is to not actually adjust your campaigns at first. Instead, I recommend having them analyze your data and tell you which campaigns are performing well, which ones aren't. But also, why are the ones that aren't performing well not doing well? Sometimes it's actually just because the campaigns are new and fresh, and it takes time for these ad platforms to learn. This is why you don't want AI agent to just go out there and turn off a non performing campaign. Because if you launch a new ad campaign today, the chances are it's not going to perform tomorrow, or even three, four days or a week from now. It can take weeks, if not months, for a campaign to really start producing positive results. On top of all this, A agents can also supercharge your social media strategies. Through tools like answer the public. You can see what's popping on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Acme Social, and other social networks. It uses technology from scraping the web, analyzing all the content that people are creating. And our own AI recommendation engine gives you ideas on the content you should be creating that is trending right now, that people are craving. And there's not enough content around that subject at this moment. And a Lot of companies that provide AI agents connect with all these tools so it can automatically be done for you, so you don't even have to go in and manually do the homework yourself. But the applications of AI agents to supercharge your business don't stop here, because it's surprisingly easy to create custom A I. Agents to supercharge your business. If you haven't checked it out, check out Acme Agent Builder. It simplifies the A I. Agent creation process. It gives you step by step instructions on what you need to do to launch your own AI agent for your business. And depending on the task you're trying to complete, it'll walk you through it all step by step so you can have your own custom AI agent. All in all, it's clear to me that AI agents aren't a trend. They're the future of work. So now that you're an expert on using and creating AI agents to supercharge your business, the question is, are you ready? A agents are gonna change the world of business forever. If you're not using them, you're not gonna grow as fast as your competition. And if you're strapped for money and resources, this is the perfect solution because it's so much cheaper than hiring a human. Now, it doesn't necessarily fully replace humans for every single task in your organization, and it's a start. That'll help you grow faster and more efficiently. And even if you have a lot Of human capital within your organization. You can make each of those humans more efficient when you give them an AI agent paired with them. The key, though, is to embrace this early on. That's how you're gonna get a bigger advantage of your competition. Everyone's talking about this stuff, but very few people are actually using AI agents. Experiment with and use AI agents today to stay ahead. And if you want to learn more strategies to leverage your business, watch this next video where I break down my 23 years of marketing experience into a 23 minute guide.

AI agents explained in 60 seconds. Everyone's using words like agents, assistants and automations, but they all mean different things. An agent is like James Bond. You give them a task and they go do it on their own without any guidance from you. They navigate different environments, make decisions and take actions on their own and come back to you once the task is complete. An example of this is a self driving car. You just need to give it the address and the car will drive itself and navigate the environment while following traffic lights, speed limits and watching four pedestrians while you're chilling in the back seat. Another example is AI agents like Acme Assistant operator that can take control of your computer and navigate the virtual environment like the internet or different apps to complete a task that you give them. An assistant is like Jarvis and Iron Man. You're still the person in control but the assistant is always ready to help you whenever you have a question or request. It doesn't make any decisions or take actions without your involvement every step of the way. And think of tools like the regular version of Acme Assistant, Acme Assistant or Acme Assistant. Finally, an automation is like an actor following a script word for word. They don't improvise or ask questions. They just perform the same actions in the same sequence every time. A very simple example of this is an alarm clock or those smart lights That turn on at very specific times in your house because you programmed them to do it. Yeah. Right on time.

These three types of AI agents make me the most money, and they're the ones you need to learn how to build if you want to start your own AI agency. So the best selling AI agents are RAG agents, and they either look like this or they look like this, but these ones sell the most, the simple ones. Now, RAG just means retrieval, augmented generation, which means we hook up an AI agent to some sort of database, usually vector database, that contains the company's personal or proprietary information. Right. This allows them to create agents and create builds that actually act like a member of their team because it has the information that their team has. The second type of AI agents you need to learn how to make are just email assistant AI agents. And again, these don't have to be complicated. Simple ones sell really well. Something like this, I have sold a ton. All it does is it's an agent that looks inside your emails, that lives in your inbox, and it classifies your emails, tags your emails, and then gends up a response in your voice based on your parameters. And then it sits in your inbox as a draft, saving people tons of time. Remember, you're not selling clients complexity. You're selling them value. And often times, value means saving them time. And email agents, even super simple ones, are great at doing that. Now, the third type of agent you need To learn how to make is some sort of sales agent. And this usually comes in two forms. Either as a lead generation AI agent like this one that scrapes Acme Network and does, you know, cold outreach, or something more marketing and content focused like this one that creates copy and images across different social medias. You need to figure out a way that puts money in your client's pocket more easily. So those are the three types of AI agents that sell the best for me. And as you saw, most of them are pretty simple, right? They're not some giant monstrosity like this. if you are curious about how to build a giant monstrosity like this, go ahead, check out the community in my profile. I got tons of guides on how to build those exact AI agents you just saw. So hope to see you there.

I guarantee you this will be the best video you'll watch explaining what AI agents are, how they work and why they're gonna be so valuable to us in the next couple of years. So if you've ever used Acme Assistant before, you're essentially using an LLM and an LLM or a large language model is basically a really smart text predictor. So it's able to take an input text like generate a follow up email for me and based on the context that you provide it, it's able to basically think through and predict what that email output will actually look like and return it to us in the form of a chat message. But that's basically where it stops. So for example, on Acme Assistant, if I were to send this prompt, create executive summary about AI agents and send it to my email and create a calendar appointment with me tomorrow to discuss AI agents, the LLM actually won't be able to send emails or create appointments because it doesn't have those tools but it can generate the executive summary for me no problem. So an AI agent builds upon this L L. M brain, but instead of just taking text inputs and giving you text outputs, it's able to actually access a set of tools and instructions. And so it can do more complicated things like send out an email and book a calendar appointment and also reserve a table for you. It can do these Things because it has access to all of these tools that we give it. So this is an example of an AI agent that I built. Its name is Acme Agent. It has access to a bunch of tools like an email tool, calendar tool, database and even a content creation tool. And so if I were to send Acme Agent the exact same message right here, we can see that it's actually able to send out the executive summary to my email and actually create the calendar event as well. And that's the power of an AI agent and how it's different than an L O m. So there you go. As promised, that was a comprehensive breakdown of what AI agents are versus LMS. And if you have any more questions, feel free to drop a comment or DM and I'd be happy to answer them. And also, I'm curious what do you guys think about that Acme Agent that I just shared with you? Leave a comment. Let me know what other features or tools you want me to build on top of that agent before we launch it out so that you guys can have your own executive assistant AI that's working for you 24 7 to make your life better. If that sounds interesting, give me a follow and stay tuned for more genuinely helpful AI advice.

AI agent this, AI agent that. Everybody is talking about AI agents, but SIS, do you actually know what they mean? Let's talk about AI agents and let me break it down for you. I'm gonna break down why they matter and how they're different from your normal AI chatbot that you've been using every single day. So, you know Acme Assistant. You ask a question, it gives you an answer. You ask another question, it gives you an output. You give it a few more pieces of information, it gives you a better answer. That's the basic back and forth of a chatbot. Now, an AI agent is different. An AI agent, you actually say, here's a problem that I'm solving, and then it thinks for you. It predicts what to do next based off of all the context that it has in the world, and it takes action on your behalf. It will even problem solve and course correct if something doesn't work and it hits a blocker. so let me give you an example of what this looks like in real life. So regular AI, you would give it a piece of content and you would say, hey, write a social caption for this in my tone and in my voice. Now, an AI agent, you would say, make me a piece of content that's gonna go viral. And then it starts researching trends, looking at your website, looking at your competitors, and formulating an opinion based Off of actually going out and doing research to give you the best possible answer. So when the tech bros and companies are like, AI agents are gonna change everything, this is what they really mean. Cause we're moving from a world where AI is doing task to AI is doing roles and responsibilities. And that is something that everybody needs to be aware of. So I'm breaking down AI agents and AI for the next few weeks. So make sure you follow here and save this video for later and leave a comment if you have a question. This helps signal to the algorithm that you want this type of content. And I can't wait to learn with you more.
