4.1 In Scope
Conduct discovery phase activities including process analysis, gap identification, and solution exploration.

Email classification, prioritization, and draft response generation (with user approval required before sending).

Meeting transcription and summarization via AI agent “Shirley.”
Configure and deploy AI agents on the Relevance AI Platform integrated with Outlook, OneDrive, Velocity CRM, and Microsoft Copilot.
Provide performance metrics and review reports assessing achievement of Project goals.
4.2 Out of Scope
Automation of social media and marketing content (deferred to later phases).
Conversion of policy documents into audio podcasts (deferred to later phases).
