Guide for using agent
To use this agent, you will need a Freelancer Plus plan on Upwork — it allows you to receive job alerts whenever new offers match your profile and past submissions.
You will also need an Airtable account.
You can copy this ready-to-use Airtable Base:

Then, go to Triggers in Relevance AI (left sidebar) and add a Gmail trigger with the following filter:
from:{the_Upwork_Email}
➡️ Replace {the_Upwork_Email} with the official Upwork sender address.
Once the trigger is set:
• The agent automatically analyzes each new Upwork job email.
• It evaluates your match level (HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW, NONE).
• It generates a personalized cover letter and experience message (for HIGH/MEDIUM).
• Then it saves all information in Airtable.
No manual action is required — everything is fully automated.
